TALKING WALLS

 The project aim is to transform the streets into colourful public spaces through art that could make them feel safer and part of the public space. It is also an attempt to work with inclusive urban transformation where as many residents as possible participate. By inviting artists from all over Nairobi the activity can spread along their network and also put the activity on the Nairobi art map. The aim is also to open up a community dialogue on the role of arts as a tool for positive social transformation. We also intend to identify cultural treasures among the youth in the community and use this as a tool to reach out to others for positive social development.
